The popular national touring show of 3 Redneck Tenors has gone corporate! Imagine at your next event…in the melodic wake of the three operatic tenors comes a new breed of tenors from more humble origins…the 3 Redneck Tenors! Although a successful touring show for many years, their popularity exploded after they were featured on NBC’s America’s Got Talent. The 3 Redneck Tenors are classically trained veteran artists from Broadway and world opera stages with voices that will blow away any audience. Their performance is unlike any typical event entertainment – it’s down home laughs with serious big city music!

The story starts in a far away land called Paris…that’s right Paris, Texas. You see, there was these three young, slim, good lookin’ fine song bird-like singin’ boys named Billy Bob, Billy Joe and Billy Billee. Okay, maybe not so young, slim and good lookin’ but, whoa doggy, can they sing! One day while singing in front of their trail

Creator and writer of  3 Redneck Tenors, Matthew Lord is a native of California. He is recognized as a versatile performing artist whose stage work is consistently praised for its naturalness, intensity, and  commitment. Mr. Lord also has performed with almost every major opera house in the U.S., and made his New York Metropolitan Opera debut in January 2004 in Boris Godunov,and also performed in Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Phantom of the Opera as Piangi in the Hamburg Germany production.   He is a graduate of the prestigious Julliard Opera Center.

Blake Davidson is an award-winning singer who has performed all over the world, and whose range of experience includes opera, symphony, and musical theatre. He has been presented in solo concerts at NYU, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and the Tokyo Opera House.Mr. Davidson has sung with the Anchorage Opera and the Dallas Opera, and is a featured soloist on the Dallas Symphony's Christmas CD.  Early in his career he was seen off-Broadway at 2nd Stage, and as the ringmaster for the Shrine circus.

3 Redneck Tenorswere a vocal trio from Season 2of America's Got Talent. They were eliminated in the Vegas Round.

Background[]

The group, which is from Dallas, Texas, consists of Matthew, Alex, and John. They strive to combine stand-up comedy with their voices.

Audition[]

3 Redneck Tenors' audition in Episode 204 consisted of performing Beethoven's 5th Symphony A cappella. Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and David Hasselhoff all voted "Yes," sending the trio to the Vegas Round.

Vegas Round[]

3 Redneck Tenors were sorted into the "Music" category during the Vegas Round. Their performance in Episode 205 consisted of singing together A cappella. They proceeded to the Top 35 shortlist, but were not sent through to the Semifinals, eliminating them from the competition in Episode 206.

After the Show[]

The 3 Redneck Tenors are coming back to Branson, Missouri with a brand new show in 2014. They will be appearing at The Andy Williams Moon River Theatre in Branson, Missouri - May 2nd through December 6th, 2014. 1
