World's strongest boy 'Little Hercules' lives completely different life after 22 years

A child bodybuilder who became famous globally as 'Little Hercules' for his impressive physique now lives a very different life after saying pumping iron got boring.

Richard Sandrak, 30, shot to international fame in 2005 for his strength and extremely toned muscles but over the years, his devotion to the gym has fallen by the wayside, reported the Daily Star.

The former 'world's strongest boy' was already carving himself an athlete's body by the age of eight, at which point he was well on the road to lifting three times his body weight while becoming a master of karate.

Born in Ukraine and then having grown up in Pennsylvania, in the United States, Richard's extreme childhood led to his parents coming under fire amid cruelty claims over reports that said he had just 1% body fat - which could be fatally low.

It was even suggested he was taking drugs.
