Si Roy Agullana Cimatu (pagbigkas sa Tagalog: [sɪˈmatʊ], ipinanganak noong 4 Hulyo 1946)[2] ay isang nagretirong heneral ng Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas na naglilingkod bilang Kalihim ng Kapaligiran at Likas na Yaman mula 2017 sa Gabinete ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.[3] Dati siyang naglingkod bilang Punong Kawani ng Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas mula Mayo hanggang Setyembre 2002 sa ilalim ni Pangulong Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Pagkatapos ng pagreretiro mula sa militar, itinalaga siya ni Pangulong Arroyo bilang Tanging Sugo sa Gitnang Silangan noong kapanahunan ng Digmaang Irak.[4]
