Road warrior animal grave

The Road Warriors are the most dominant tag team in sports-entertainment’s history. It’s not a topic of debate. It’s a fact. Bodybuilder thick with their heads shaved into wild Mohawks like some post-apocalyptic monsters, Hawk & Animal’s intimidating appearance immediately brought them attention, but it was the carnage they caused in the ring that truly gave them a following. Led by their manager, Precious Paul Ellering, The Road Warriors wasted no time in capturing the NWA National Tag Team Titles in 1983 and never looked back. For the next two decades, it was a massacre every time the duo suited up in their motorcycle boots and spiked leather collars. What a Rush!!!!!!!!! The Best Tag Team Ever!!!!

The most successful tag team ever, Hawk and Animal,The Road Warriors aka Legion Of Doom aka L.O.D.This is DVD essential viewing for any wrestling fan. L.O.D were the tag team that inspired many imitators including Powers Of Pain and most notably Demolition(a team that consisted of their training partners) This DVD tells the story of how Hawk and Animal grew up together, trained together, worked together and made the big time together. My biggest gripe with this DVD is that it doesn't show enough of their feud with their biggest imitators DEMOLITION, which was one of my all time favorite tag teams ever, (right behind L.O.D and the Hart Foundation)It would've been great to see the match between all three members of Demolition and LOD with the Ultimate Warrior or the feud against Earthquake and Tugboat RIP HAWK!!!

Professional wrestling stable

The Road Warriors, also known as the Legion of Doom, were a professional wrestlingtag team originally composed of Road Warrior Hawk (Michael Hegstrand) and Road Warrior Animal (Joseph Laurinaitis).[1] They performed under the name "The Road Warriors" in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and the name "Legion of Doom" (LOD) in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). Under either name, their gimmick was the same – two imposing wrestlers in face paint. For brief periods, other wrestlers were added as stand-in partners for both men. In Japan in the 1990s, "Power Warrior" Kensuke Sasaki often teamed with Hawk and Animal, separately and together, while in WWE were joined by Droz in the 1990s and Heidenreich in the 2000s.
